Flexform™(柔性成型)高压温成型

Flexform™高压温成形工艺是一项新技术,可以替代或补充现有的钛合金成形方法,如热成形、热冲压、超塑性成形(SPF)和热气体成形。

提高产出

HPWF 工艺在不到 5 分钟的循环时间内完成包括加热、加载、成型和卸载在内的步骤,能够在同一个成型循环中处理多个模具,同时能够非常快速地更换模具。在相对较低温度下成型可以实现更快的冷却。新型 Flexform™(柔性成型)HPWF 工艺的生产能力大约是传统热成型工艺的五倍。

生产成本减少 50%

由于加工温度相对较低,可以取消生产用气。加工后的零件清洁时间降至最低,因钛坯磨损而导致的成型模具维护需求也大幅减少。最后,与传统热成型法相比,能耗也大大减少。

成型可重复性

此工艺的灵活性使模具设计中可以考虑回弹补偿,因此,可将材料回弹补偿落实在工艺中,直接从该工艺得到最终形状的零件。

Flexform 是一种低成本的钣金液压成型技术,非常适合小批量生产。Flexform 仅使用一个刚性半模和一个弹性橡胶隔膜,由高压液压油提供支撑。Flexform 产量通常从每年、每个模具数个零件到数千个零件不等。
