As a Field Service Engineer at Quintus Technologies, you will play a key role within our Customer Service Support organization. In this position, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, upgrading, and maintenance of Quintus products at customer sites. You will ensure that all aspects of the delivery are completed on schedule and carried out in accordance with both Quintus’ standards and local Health and Safety regulations.
Your daily work will include installations, functional and performance testing, and optimization of new systems, as well as maintenance and service of our existing installed base.
You will work across several areas, including mechanical construction, hydraulics, cooling systems, electrical control systems, and fluid and gas systems. In collaboration with Project Management, you will be responsible for conducting both Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT). You will have the opportunity to contribute to and help develop efficient processes for how Quintus conducts site and service operations. Your feedback from the field regarding product functionality and quality is both valuable and essential to our lessons learned process.
Quintus is proud of the quality of its products and is dedicated to providing world-class service to its customers. In this role, you will also occasionally work with technical support, develop training materials, and deliver customer training.
You will report to Manager Field Service Engineering, Tomas Ahlqvist, and work in close collaboration with Operations, primarily with Product Management and Project Management.
