In this role, you will have global responsibility for Sustainability and Quality Management at Quintus Technologies, reporting to the Chief Operations Officer.
You are responsible for Quintus’ Quality Management System and the governance structure for Total Quality Management, collaborating closely with the leadership team and managerial colleagues. Additionally, you will lead and develop the Sustainability and Quality department, which currently includes five team members specializing in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Supply Quality Assurance, Management of Certification and Continuous Improvement.
A key focus in the coming years will be to coordinate and lead Quintus’ sustainability efforts, implementing ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards and ensuring compliance with CSRD requirements.
Main tasks
- Lead and develop the team within the Sustainability and Quality department, with responsibility for the work environment, the department’s budget, and driving continuous improvements.
- Enhance Quality Assurance across the supply chain, order execution, and the product lifecycle.
- Develop and implement a sustainability strategy, including coordinating efforts to achieve CSRD compliance, integrating sustainability into business processes, and preparing sustainability reporting.
- Responsible for internal and external quality audits, ensuring compliance with ISO certifications, and driving the implementation of new ISO certifications.
- Drive and support our Process Owners in establishing, implementing, and improving policies, processes, and routines to meet standards and ensure consistent quality that fulfills both internal and external requirements
- Responsible for strategic initiatives related to Quality, as well as reporting, monitoring, and analyzing the Cost of Poor Quality and other KPIs to identify and drive optimizations in Quintus’ execution.
- Drive all actions and documentation necessary to achieve ASME and PED certification required for pressure vessels.
Your profile
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a results-driven mindset. You are experienced in leading and motivating teams, as well as managing change. Key personal attributes for this role are diligence, persistence, and the ability to influence others.
You have a technical background and previous experience managing Quality and Sustainability. You also bring industrial experience in quality and improvement work according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, with a preference for experience in supplier quality and product quality. You hold a Master of Science degree in a relevant field. You have strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, both written and oral. Lean and/or Six Sigma Black Belt certification is considered an advantage.
