As the company scales, there is a clear ambition to evolve towards a more systematic, standardized and product-oriented operating model, supported by increased modularization, improved process management including clearer process ownership and generally improved operational performance.<\/p>\n<p>Reporting to the Head of Quality &amp; Sustainability, the <strong>Business Excellence Manager<\/strong> will develop Quintus\u2019 capability for process management, strategic improvement and portfolio governance. The primary mandate is to strengthen end-to-end ways of working, improve performance transparency and support the prioritisation and delivery of initiatives that contribute to the company\u2019s growth and productification agenda.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Business Excellence Manager<\/strong> will establish a clear long-term direction while ensuring that priorities translate into tangible business improvements. A central part of the assignment will be to map and develop priority end-to-end processes, clarify ownership and decision rights, define relevant KPIs and implement governance routines that enable continuous improvement. This includes leading and facilitating cross-functional initiatives that improve operational performance, scalability, quality, delivery capability and resource efficiency.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key responsibilities include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and drive the Business Improvement roadmap in alignment with Quintus\u2019 business, growth and productification agenda.<\/li>\n<li>Develop the company\u2019s process-management framework, including process mapping, ownership, decision rights, performance measures and governance routines.<\/li>\n<li>Lead and facilitate cross-functional improvement and transformation initiatives linked to standardization, modularization, build-to-stock and other strategic priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with Process Owners and leaders in Engineering, Operations, Production, Supply Chain, Quality and Technology to identify bottlenecks and translate improvement opportunities into practical implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Strengthen performance transparency through relevant KPIs, structured follow-up and clear reporting of progress, risks, dependencies and expected value.<\/li>\n<li>Support governance of the strategic project and improvement portfolio, including prioritization, resource needs, progress follow-up and benefit realization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience and qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are looking for a structured and pragmatic professional with a strong track record of using process management and cross-functional improvement to support business development, operational performance and organizational transformation. Relevant experience includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant experience from Business Excellence, Operational Excellence, Process Excellence, Business Process, Transformation or a comparable cross-functional improvement role, preferably within an industrial, manufacturing or technology-led business.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated track record of establishing structured ways of working and leading improvement initiatives from idea through implementation and measurable business value.<\/li>\n<li>Strong practical experience of end-to-end process management, including process mapping, standardization, process ownership, KPI definition, performance monitoring, governance and continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience of leading cross-functional strategic improvement or transformation projects in a complex business environment.<\/li>\n<li>Experience of project or portfolio management, including prioritization, resource requirements, risks, dependencies, progress reporting and benefit realization.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, change management, project governance or comparable methodologies.<\/li>\n<li>Relevant academic degree in Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent professional background.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written, is a requirement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The position is based at Quintus Technologies\u2019 headquarters in <strong>V\u00e4ster\u00e5s, Sweden<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A strong and regular on-site presence is required, as the role depends on close interaction with Process Owners, operational teams and key stakeholders across the business.<\/p>\n<p>For the right candidate, this is an opportunity to shape a strategically important capability during a defining phase in Quintus\u2019 development \u2013 helping build the processes, governance and cross-functional ways of working required to support the company\u2019s next stage of international growth.<\/p>\n<p>Quintus offers an exciting role in a highly technology-driven company, with deep expertise across several advanced technology areas.
