HIP gew\u00e4hrleistet fehlerfreies Material, was f\u00fcr Anwendungen in der Luft- und Raumfahrt entscheidend ist. J\u00fcngste Studien zeigen, dass HIP absichtlich nicht geschmolzenes Pulver im Inneren von L-PBF-Bauteilen konsolidieren kann, was die Produktionszeiten verk\u00fcrzt. Diese Studie untersucht die Verwendung von HIP zur Verfestigung von inneren Abschnitten von Testcoupons und stellt fest, dass die Schalendicke das Schwindungsverh\u00e4ltnis beeinflusst. Kompensatorische Designs gleichen die Schrumpfung oder Verformung w\u00e4hrend des HIP-Verfahrens aus, wobei die mechanische Bewertung eine gleichwertige Zugfestigkeit wie bei vollst\u00e4ndig dicht gedruckten Teilen ergibt.
